Two Dreams LLC (“Two Dreams”) operates the Two Dreams software platform. It is Two Dreams’s policy to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of any personal information about its users.

This Privacy & Security Policy (“Policy”) explains how Two Dreams (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, shares, and keeps secure your information (“You”, “you”, “Your”, or “User”), including your nonpublic personal information, when You use Two Dreams’s mobile application (the “App”) and any related products and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using Our Services, you are agreeing to this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not enroll in or use the Services. Pursuant to this Policy, You direct Our partner financial institution(s) to share your transactional data with Two Dreams, and you direct Two Dreams to share your data with its users, vendors, partners, and affiliates at its discretion, in a way that would otherwise be contrary to this Policy.

1. App Visitors

Two Dreams collects non-personally-identifying information that your device typically makes available, such as the device type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request like most websites. Two Dreams collects non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Two Dreams’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Two Dreams may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Two Dreams also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in Users and for Users leaving comments on blogs. Two Dreams only discloses logged in User and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Two Dreams collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Two Dreams. Personally-identifying information other than as described below is not disclosed by Two Dreams. With the caveat that it may prevent visitors from engaging in certain services, visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information.

2. Customers of Two Dreams

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Depending on the nature of the interaction, the amount and type of information that Two Dreams gathers will vary. In some cases, an interaction will require Two Dreams to gather personally-identifying information, most notably when becoming a “Customer” (which means that you have registered with Two Dreams to use its App or related products or services). Registration involves provision of an email address, a password, your name, and your state.

Use of Personally-Identifying Information

Two Dreams and its affiliated companies use and disclose User’s personal information to provide the Services, including for the purposes of:

  1. Analyzing app usage and improve the Service;
  2. Delivering to You any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Service;
  3. Marketing Our services and products and those of our business partners that We believe may be of interest to You;
  4. Fulfilling Your requests for certain products and services;
  5. Project planning, market research, troubleshooting problems, protecting and detecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity;
  6. Third-party contractors providing services to Two Dreams which are bound by these same privacy restrictions;
  7. Enforcing Our Terms of Use; and
  8. As otherwise set forth in this Privacy and Security Policy (including disclosures to protect our rights, if required by law, or relating to a transfer of control or sale of assets, as discussed below).
